Greek builder strengthens North American presence

Onda, the Greek tender manufacturer from Athens, has chosen Florida-based distributor The One Marine Group to represent the company in the US, Canada and Mexico. One Marine is said to be one of the fastest-growing premium recreational boat dealers in the US.

“We’re thrilled about this new collaboration with The One Marine Group,” says George Riginos, Onda CEO. “We’ve sold a few of our boats in the US for use as superyacht tenders, but we needed an experienced dealer on the ground to unlock the huge potential of the territory for us. The One Marine Group understands the needs and desires of the North American market and with Onda’s brand equity I’m sure we can make a great impact together.”

Established in 1962, Onda builds tenders for the pleasure and international military markets at a 10,000m² facility in Thiva, Greece. The company has three models in its fleet – the 321L limousine tender, 371GT chase tender and the 341P patrol tender with military hull.

Its products are enjoying a growing following as dayboats and superyacht tenders that can rival the best the US market has to offer, Onda says.
